Workflow Designer Module for electronic Form System Description: We are developing a e Form System using .Net Core and MSSQL. We need a drag-and-drop workflow designer where admins can visually design workflows with nodes, conditions, and actions for different approval processes. The module needs to integrate with our existing system and allow calling existing functions based on actions taken in the workflow. The workflow designer should closely follow the reference images provided. The designer will allow creating, editing, and processing workflows that involve multiple roles and approval stages. Features Required: 1. Drag-and-Drop Designer: - Ability to drag and drop nodes to create workflows. - Connect nodes to form logical paths (e.g., start, decision points, approvals, end). - Interactive design with zoom in/out and move functionalities. 2. Node Properties: - Each node should have configurable properties such as: - Node Name (editable). - Node Type (e.g., user task, decision gateway). - Basic Setup Options (attachment requirement, private comments, seal, restricted view, etc.). - Allowed Operations (pass, reject, reverse, invite comment, add approver, etc.). - Amendment Settings (who can amend documents at this node). - Ability to attach custom conditions and validation rules. 3. Conditional Logic: - Use of exclusive gateways to create conditional paths. - Ability to set rules (e.g., if X is approved, move to Node A; if rejected, move to Node B). 4. Actions and Integration: - Trigger actions based on user inputs or approvals. - Ability to call pre-defined functions from our existing system after node actions (e.g., on pass, on reject). - Handle workflow rejections or completions. 5. Storage and Loading: - Save designed workflows to the database. - Load existing workflows for editing. - Use MSSQL for backend storage. 6. Validation: - Ensure workflows are valid before saving (e.g., all nodes connected, no loops without exit, start and end nodes exist). 7.
