Advanced Penetration Testing Specialist Needed

This is project based job posting.

You will be responsible for conducting advanced penetration tests and emulating adversarial techniques to assess the security posture.

You will simulate real-world attacks, identify vulnerabilities, and provide actionable recommendations to improve defenses. The ideal candidate is someone with deep expertise in Linux and Windows internals, along with a strong background in offensive security practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough penetration tests across systems, networks, and applications.

• Simulate sophisticated attacks to test and validate security measures (Red Team operations).

• Investigate vulnerabilities and determine appropriate remediation steps.

• Provide detailed reports and presentations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Keep up to date with the latest attack vectors, vulnerabilities, and offensive security techniques.

• Develop and maintain custom tools, scripts, and automation for Red Team activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of Linux internals and Windows internals with hands-on experience managing and securing both environments.

• Expertise in penetration testing methodologies, tools (e.g., Metasploit, Burp Suite), and frameworks (e.g., MITRE ATT&CK).

• Proficiency in Red Teaming strategies, including adversary emulation and advanced threat simulation.

• Experience in vulnerability assessment and reporting with excellent documentation skills.

• Ability to identify and exploit vulnerabilities, with a focus on real-world attack scenarios.

• Strong scripting skills in languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively under pressure.
