Windev Mobile + Arduino

I am looking to connect a Windev Mobile app (for Android & iOS) to my Arduino prototype, which includes a Bluetooth BLE module, to retrieve the data from the prototype's sensors (temperature, sound level, etc.) but also to set up the prototype from the app (comfort settings, for example).

If you do not have the experience of Windev Mobile, you do not need to offer me your services, thank you.
