Java & Angular.js Expert need to Convert OLD WEB UI to Angular Web application

There is an OLD WEB UI that written on JSP and Servlets and the application converted to Web Service.

There is a REST web service that provides JSON So I need a new UI that written on the Agular framework.

I will provide a template for web design
