I'm seeking a professional with extensive experience in 2D and 3D modeling of mixed-use buildings. The project encompasses both existing and new developments. The ideal candidate will provide a comprehensive demo, showcasing both the exterior and interior of the buildings, complete with detailed floor plans. A walkthrough option would be a distinct advantage.
Key Requirements:
- Full architectural plans for each floor
- Commercial breakdown per building, floor, or unit
- Ability to create detailed and realistic 2D and 3D models
Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in 2D and 3D modeling software, preferably AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit
- Previous experience with mixed-use building projects
- Strong understanding of creating full architectural plans
- Capability to produce commercial assessments on a per unit basis
- Experience in delivering high-quality, detailed modeling work
