Balinese & Wabi Sabi Style Villa Design

I currently own a 5 are property which is an irregular shaped parcel. I would like to design an a 2 story villa containing on the 1st floor (open floor plan) living room, kitchen with pantry area including full size stackable washer/dryer, + 1/2 bath (lavatory). 2nd floor to consist of master bedroom suite with bathroom & closets. The master bath will have a large shower, toilet, custom vanity with single sink. The stone tub will be separated from the bathroom by glass partition and will have lush foliage in tub area.

Additionally, this bathroom should have natural light from the ceiling an upper portion of exterior walls. The 2nd bedroom can be approximately the same size however, the bathroom will not contain a stone tub but will contain toilet, single sink vanity and large shower area, closets can be in bathroom or bedroom area.

The construction will be predominately masonry with interior separation walls of either masonry or frame.

A custom spiral staircase from 1st floor to 2nd floor will contain bent bamboo hand rails, wood treads and driftwood blisters. The exterior will be Traditional Balinese and the interior will be Japanese Wabi Sabi. Because the parcel is irregular is shape it will be necessary to communicate the actual dimensions with freelance designer.

Include a garden with a pool in the design.

I dont have the exact property dimensions yet. At this time I will not require blueprints until such time that we agree on a floor plan and exterior look of the project.
