I'm looking for a talented video clip editor with a knack for delivering high quality, entertaining content for a podcast called XTRAordinary: https://www.youtube.com/@XtraordinaryShow. Winner of this contest will have the opportunity for ongoing paid edit work.

Overall we are looking for an expert short clip editor with the ability to tell stories within an edit and captivate viewers attention. The project involves editing topic-specific clips from a podcast, which features guests from various industries. We really want to capture the best parts of each interview for these short clips to capture users in the short time they are watching it. Note: Not looking for someone to just use AI to make generic short clips that don't tell a story or that look basic and cheap.

Ideal Skills:
- Proficient in video editing software like Cap Cut, Adobe Premiere and After Effects
- Experience in podcast editing
- Good understanding of entertainment content that has viral potential
- Able to create engaging short clips from longer interviews
