I'm looking for a skilled designer to create a Miro board template that mirrors our Salesforce Lead page Layout. This template will help visualize potential changes to our lead layout page.

Key Requirements:
- The board should have two main sections, as shown in diagram (Lead Information & Energy Information)
- Board should have two main columns of fields.
- Each field should have a Field Name and Field Value entry "box" or cell on the board
- Please fill out the field names and example (doesn't need to be exact) field values as shown in the diagram
- Please make the design simple enough so someone can edit the field names and have very little other work to do from a design standpoint.

Chosen design BOARD MUST be shareable with me so I can make a copy.

Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency in Miro board design
- Familiarity with Salesforce lead layouts
- Strong visual communication skills.
