1. Purpose of the Competition:
We are creating a new brand! This brand will encompass all cloud services of our 30-year-old Information Technology company and represent our mission to provide the best cloud solutions to our customers. We need creative ideas to find a strong, memorable, and industry-differentiating name for our brand and to design a logo that visually represents it in the best way.

2. About the Brand:
The new brand will consolidate our company's managed services and cloud-based solutions under one roof, offering customers end-to-end IT infrastructure, managed services, and security solutions.

3. Services Under the Brand:
• Cloud Infrastructure Services: Primarily Azure, other cloud services, Hybrid, and Local Cloud (IaaS, PaaS, BaaS, SaaS, SecaaS)
• Managed Services (XMSP): Azure MSP, Local MSP, Hybrid MSP
• Cloud Professional Services
• Cloud Support Services

4. Target Audience:
Our brand caters to customers in the Enterprise and Corporate segments. We aim to reach a broad customer base by offering different services in both regulated and non-regulated industries.

5. Competitors and Differentiation:
We have many competitors in both local and global markets, including Huawei Cloud and others. However, we differentiate ourselves with our Microsoft Azure Expert MSP certification, strong Microsoft partnerships, and extensive customer portfolio.

6. Desired Brand Perception:
The new brand will be positioned with the motto: "We provide all IT needs of our customers in the cloud." Our goal is to become one of the industry leaders as a reliable, innovative, and customer-oriented brand.

8. Scope of the Competition:
Participants are expected to provide both creative and memorable name suggestions for our brand and a logo design that best represents this name.

9. Evaluation Criteria:
• Name: Originality, memorability, and alignment with brand identity
• Domain Availability: The suggested name should have an available .com domain or be purchasable for a maximum of $1,000
• Logo: Creativity, modern and professional design, and alignment with technology, managed services and cloud technology concepts

10. Participation Rules:
• Each designer has only 3 chances to participate; repeated submissions will not be accepted.
• You must create a story for the name and logo you find; submissions without a brand story will be rejected.
• The winning contestant's submitted brand name, design, and story will belong to our company with all rights.
• No mockup submissions will be accepted; we only want to see the name + logo + story, nothing more. Mockup submissions will be directly rejected.
• The winning contestant is obliged to deliver all design files in an editable format (.ai, .pdf, .svg).
• Designs must be original and not used elsewhere before.
• The ".com" domain of the name you suggest must be available or purchasable for a maximum of $1,000. If the domain is unavailable, your entry will be invalidated.
• We only ask for a name suggestion and logo; we do not need any additional graphic work or mockups!
• Your name suggestion should not have negative meanings in different languages.
• If more than one person submits the same brand name, the first person’s entry will be considered valid.
• The connotation of the brand name in English will put you ahead.
• Explaining your name suggestion will be advantageous.
