Please note: I will not pick an AI design as a winner. If I rate your design and it's AI, it is only because the style, colors and layout are similar to what I am looking for and I want to give some inspiration to artists creating art! Again, I need on going high quality print worthy art. and again:

I would like 1 image that would span across 2 pages. It should be one scene with both girls based on the paragraphs below. Not looking for 2 individual images. Thank you! :)


I am in need of a 2 page spread example in a cartoonish style for a children's book aimed at Early Readers (5-8 years). The illustrations should convey a fun and playful mood, suitable for capturing the attention of young readers.

Ideal skills and experience include:
- Expertise in cartoonish style illustrations
- Experience working on children's book illustrations
- Ability to convey a mood through art
- Understanding of the Early Readers age group and their preferences
- Creativity in designing fun and playful scenes

PLEASE READ BEFORE ENTERING:

I would like the style/vibe similar to the cover I created below. I do not need the characters to be exact, I just want this kind of style. I would like the 2 page spread to describe the 2 Paragraphs posted below. It would be one image across two pages with one girl on the left page, one on the right page. The first paragraph text would go on the left page (top of page) and the 2nd paragraph would go on the right page (bottom right).

I am looking to partner with someone to hire for the entire book creation. Please only enter if you are able to continue working with me for the completion of the book.

Paragraphs
1. As the summer sun reluctantly slipped below the horizon, signaling the end of freedom, Nelly and Daisy's alarm clock buzzed to life like a caffeinated bee. Nelly, affectionately dubbed "Nervous Nelly" by her family, peeked out from her cozy blanket fortress that could rival a medieval castle. Her mind was racing faster than a cheetah on roller skates with thoughts of the first day back at school.


2. Across the room, Daisy, the fun-loving twin who could probably make a rock giggle, leaped out of bed with the energy of a firecracker on New Year’s Eve. Known for her boldness and humor, she also had a knack for turning ordinary situations into slapstick comedy—hence the family nickname, "Whoopsy Daisy." If clumsiness were an Olympic sport, she’d have a gold medal.

    Hello CH, I posted #180 , a SAMPLE of a true illustration of 2 girls, so you can see the difference with AI images . Please note true work takes a lot of time and knowledge, and a true artist must not compete against AI machines , let me know if interested in my work :)

    Dear Contest Holder : your SAMPLE IMAGE ( cover ) is AI made ( I tested it )..... so are ALL entries .... a true illustration like your sample cover can be done, but with that much detail it would cost a lot more, however result would look original, non generic. Do you really need so many elements in the background ?

    All top rated are Ai design, Can you read the text? Ai can't write a text properly. and you can't use Ai generate images it will be pixellated.

    All these images so far are made from AI. Please don't fall for them. Also, consider an entry if a real artist demonstrates their skills with different drawings made in the past.

      Hi Anmol! Thanks for looking out! I know they are mostly AI. I am being considerate of that, but still like the style of some of them so I will highlight as inspiration for actual illustrators. I know that sometimes you can still recreate AI characters in different positions, I just dont know how to do that. My book will probably be 30 pages and I would like each illustration to be one image across 2 pages with characters for each scene. I am new to book creation, so I am just checking out what's out there as my script is done now :) Thanks!
