It's a vile scam, stole the money and does not work

I am most annoyed that I wasted contracting this gentleman for my project and very annoyed that I paid 67 USD and never got value for money. It’s now two weeks, he keeps tossing me up, down center, left and right. My impression of Freelancer website has been tarnished. I trust this is not the way That Freelencer wishes to conduct business with valued customers.

Dont hire him. WORK WILL NOT GET DONE. First he made me pay up front the whole amount due to marketing cost and leave a 5 stars review before he had even started it I did because i believed him but it was a huge mistake. Two weeks after the payment work was not even started. I had to message him several times for updates only to get none and hear excuses. Very poor communication and just not professional at all. All the positive reviews are left before qork was delivered. I had to go to support show them all communication and proof he made me leave the review before so they finally allowed me to change it. I did not want anyone else fooled as me that's why i am writing the review. You can message me i have screen shoots of all comunication. I am still waiting for refund 4 weeks after. Just don't do it if you want honest person and something done just go hire somebody else.
