[Oscommerce] Upload data to mysql (from .txt file)

I need a script to upload data from .txt file to mysql database Oscommerce.
This script can create new products inside Oscommerce database just based on content inside .txt file.
Only react if you have experience in doing this.
I think php is best option but you can suggest anything else.
