We are seeking an experienced WordPress developer to create a custom plugin for a translation company. The plugin will enable seamless request handling, translator assignment, and client communication on our WordPress website. Below are the specific requirements and functionalities. Plugin Requirements: Request Submission Form for Clients: A front-end form where clients can submit requests specifying the following details: Languages (e.g., “English to Spanish”) Date and Time of the requested service Location (if applicable) or Online option Duration of the assignment The form should be easily configurable to add/remove languages, and input validation is required. Request Management for Website Manager: A centralized dashboard where the website manager can view, manage, and update all requests. Ability to assign requests to available translators. Notifications sent to the manager if a translator denies the assignment or is unavailable. Translator Portal: Translators have a dedicated portal where they can: View all assigned requests with details. Accept or deny a request. View assignment history for record-keeping purposes. Upon accepting a request, an automatic confirmation email with a payment link will be sent to the client. If the translator denies the request, a notification will be sent to the website manager to reassign the task. Automatic Email Notifications: Emails should be automatically triggered at specific stages: Request submission: Confirmation email sent to the client. Translator acceptance: Confirmation email with a payment link sent to the client. Translator denial: Notification sent to the website manager to reassign. Email templates should be customizable for consistency with branding. Admin Capabilities for Website Manager: Full CRUD (Create, Read, Update, Delete) capabilities for managing: Languages available for selection in requests Translator profiles (add, edit, delete, assign) Client profiles and request records Request records with status updates (e.g., In Progress, Completed, Archived) Status tracking to allow admins and clients to monitor each stage of the request lifecycle. Additional Features: Automatic archival of requests older than a specified period (e.g., 2 months). Exporting data to Excel (e.g., list of requests, client information, translator history). Support for custom payment gateway integration or WooCommerce compatibility for payment processing.
