Modify Buddypress to Work Bidding Portal

Hi guys,
We will need someone to help us to modify BuddyPress so that it can support project posting and bidding. Here is the idea, we will have 2 roles here, one is Project Owner, one is Project Bidder. Project Owner we have already, just for Project Bidder, we will need to add a role in this guys, Normal & Premium.
Important Things*
* We will need a category, something like post categories, which we define them in a new menu. (Name = Project Categories)
** Same here, categories which we can define. (Name = State)
*** Area (The sub-items for state, just to make you guys understand it easier way)
**** A reminder for "Premium" & "Normal" bidder, posted project will have Bidding Authority -> "Premium" only or "All Can Bid", Premium bidder can see and access to all project while "Normal" bidder can see only those project mark as "All Can Bid"
***** Project Status - New, Pending Review
How the flow works :
1. Project Owner post a project. (Field : Title, Description, Work Type*, Address, State**, Area***, Contact Number, Email Address, Budget)
2. Project Owner will sees his/her project in his Buddypress profile (Check Image 1)
3. In the project, we will have 3 items -> Details(Project Details that he posted up, exclude Contact Number, Email Address and Budget from there), Attachment (Media Stuff - Can upload more from here) & Discussion (Project owner and all project bidder**** can chat from here about that project).
4. Project Owner can check the bidding, and accept or not accept the bidding. (New Tab in the image 1, didn't added up yet.)
5. Once project is completed*****, admin or project owner can mark the project as close. And give Rating & Comment.

Page For Project Bidder:
- A Visual Composer Element for showing projects filter. (Refer Image 4)
- A Visual Composer Element for showing projects listings. (Refer Image 4)
- All Project Page (or A Visual Composer Element for showing projects listings.)
- Project Details Page (Same with Owner, the 3 tab page, just that owner have one more page is all bidding. Refer Image 1 & 2)
- My Project Page
- My Project Details Page (Will shows project description & project rating here)
Page for Admin
- Menu Items Page - Project Categories
- Menu Items Page - State (Area as subitems)
- All Project Page
- Project Details (Will have the project rating once project is end) (Bidding Status)
We are using this theme, and the themes contain visual composer plugins.
