We have a current issue with our PBX and our Ubiquiti UDM Pro. When running the PBX on our internal network with the Ubiquiti, our desk phones on that server do not work properly. We can make outgoing calls, but incoming calls do not ring on the phones in the office. This issue only occurs on our internal network with our desk phones. Interestingly, the softphone app we use works fine. However, we have 2 Yealink phones and 1 Grandstream phone, and all 3 can make outgoing calls but do not ring for incoming calls.
