Creative Web Designer/Tester Required to Make and Implement Project Plan for Prestashop Site

i need a web designer/tester to make an action plan or task list for our existing prestashop website. The site uses a theme called leo moonsun. it is a very large site with millions of products and some custom module for search navigation. you will need to first thoroughly test the site and then use your creative talent to come up with ideas and list all the things which are to be improved/changes on all the pages. e.g. what artwork is needed (with specific details), what text is needed, what bespoke development is needed, colour changes, theme changes etc etc you will then need to used your technical knowledge of prestashop to understand how the theme works and the various modules and configuration settings used. i then need a full report with a list of all suggestions AND details on how they each one is to be implemented. If hired I will ask for a small test report e.g. a report on just one page of the site. If we like you and your work, you will be hired for the full project. if not you will received the pre-agreed milestone amount and I will look for someone else.
