Cyber Ballet seeks dynamic and experienced freelance trainers/consultants to deliver impactful training programs for a long-term state government contract focused on developing a skilled and productive workforce. Travel Expectations: This is a primarily remote role with occasional on-site training throughout Delaware. Travel frequency and duration will vary based on client needs. Qualifications:

Proficiency in virtual training platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams). Relevant certifications in areas such as IT (e.g., CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft), Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2), Human Resources (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR), or related fields are required. Degrees in related fields are a plus. Experience working with government or public sector clients is preferred.
Compensation:
Hourly rate range: $65-$130/hour, based on competitive market rates and commensurate with experience and specialization in areas such as cybersecurity, leadership development, and instructional design.
