Please review the following specifications carefully and provide 3D CAD drawings along with detailed part specifications for each component based on the requirements outlined below.
Ensure all dimensions and components are accurate and precise, ensuring that the Stator, Rotor, and Locks function together seamlessly, allowing smooth rotation of the Rotor in real-world implementation.
Additionally, include all necessary holes and components required to securely connect every part during the final assembly stages.
Any corrections or improvements are much appreciated.
Feel free to reach out if any clarifications are required.
(Please note that THICKNESS can be adjusted or recommended as needed.
No electricity or wiring is involved.)

1. Dimensions
STATOR
Inner Diameter: 800 mm
Thickness: 20 mm (Total Diameter: 840 mm)
Width: 410 mm
The Stator will also function as the Housing, incorporating an additional design to integrate Locks on both sides.
Two Main Locks for the Stator (Housing)
Diameter: 840 mm
Thickness: 20 mm
Each Lock must include a center hole to integrate Wheel Bearings with a suitable tightening mechanism.
For Wheel Bearing diameter of 150 mm, ensure the design includes necessary adjustments to securely accommodate and fasten the Wheel Bearings.

Diameter: 600 mm
Thickness: 20 mm
Width: 400 mm
Two Locks for the Rotor
Diameter: 560 mm
Thickness: 20 mm
Each Lock must include a center hole to securely accommodate the Shaft and additional components for tightening.

SHAFT
Thickness: 50 mm
Length: 1100 mm
The shaft should have a proper keyway or groove for secure and stable connections.

BRACKETS
Designed to hold the entire base with two additional separate parts attached to the bracket, positioned on either side.
Positioning and Range of Movement of the Two Additional Parts:
These two parts must allow movement.
Up to 300 mm below and above the Shaft.
Back-and-forth 300 mm.
These two parts can be removed from the main bracket if needed, or one of them can remain attached as requested.

2. Gap Requirements
Based on the Stator inner diameter (800 mm) and the Rotor total diameter (600 mm), there will be a 100 mm free gap between the two components.
This gap is reserved for the installation of additional components with screws.
Ensure precise holes are made on both the Stator and Rotor to securely install these components (final hole count to be confirmed).

3. Main Locks and Bearings
Each Main Lock must include:
A Wheel Bearing set on both sides to ensure smooth Rotor rotation.
A mechanism to securely fasten the Wheel Bearings.
Four additional holes for attaching necessary components.

Include all necessary holes and components for secure part integration during assembly.
Ensure accurate alignment for seamless functionality.

Aluminum is used to isolate the interior of the Stator, the Housing locks from the inside, the Rotor, and its locks.
Aluminum Parts:
2 locks, dimensions: 840 mm (or as required).
Multiple aluminum parts to isolate the inner Stator.
Multiple aluminum parts to isolate the Rotor.
2 locks to isolate the rotor.

Detailed 3D drawings of the Stator, Rotor, Locks, Shaft, and Brackets.
Each part must be designed and detailed separately for clarity.
Precise holes in the stator and rotor must begin in the aluminum parts and extend 15 mm into the iron.
2. Part Specifications
Include dimensions, material details, and all components for assembly.
3. Integration Points
Clearly define integration points for connecting all parts during assembly.
