### Job Description: Baidu Click and Filtering System Test Engineer
**Overall Test Planning & Execution**
- Develop test strategies, test plans, and test cases for the Baidu Click and Filtering System, ensuring that the system meets the expected functionality and performance in data collection, real-time detection, and offline analysis.
**Automation Testing & Tool Development**
- Develop and maintain automation testing scripts and tools for modules such as click data monitoring, anti-fraud detection, and machine learning models.
- Build an automated testing framework integrated with the CI/CD process to ensure continuous testing and prompt feedback.
- Create Python-based tools for automated testing, ensuring secure handling of data and incorporating encryption/decryption functionalities as needed.
**Test Environment Setup & Attack Simulation**
- Create simulation environments that mimic realistic user behavior and abnormal click scenarios (including high-frequency clicks, IP switching, cookie clearing, etc.) to validate the effectiveness of the system's protective measures.
- Utilize automated scripts and security testing tools to conduct exercises, assessing the system’s ability to detect malicious traffic and abnormal behavior.
**Data Analysis & Issue Diagnosis**
- Analyze testing logs and monitoring data in detail, using statistical and data mining techniques to evaluate the accuracy of the anomaly detection models and rules.
- Quickly diagnose issues by applying logical and analytical skills to extract insights from test data.
**Requirements:**
- **Technical Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Python programming with extensive experience in writing automation scripts and developing testing tools.
- Solid understanding of software testing theories and methodologies, including functional, stress, performance, and security testing.
- Experience with encryption and decryption techniques in Python, ensuring secure data handling within testing tools.
- **Testing Experience & Technical Capabilities**
- Prior testing experience in online advertising, click data, or anti-fraud systems is preferred.
- Familiarity with popular automation testing frameworks and tools (e.g., PyTest, Selenium, etc.).
- Ability to set up and maintain testing environments, simulate user behavior, and design tests for boundary cases and abnormal scenarios.
- **Data Analysis & Problem-Solving Skills**
- Proficiency in using tools like SQL and Excel for data extraction and analysis.
- Strong logical thinking and analytical skills to quickly identify and report issues discovered during testing.
- **Communication & Teamwork**
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with development, product, and security teams.
- Highly self-motivated and responsible, able to perform well and manage stress in a high-pressure environment.
**:Develop a Baidu click tool that is effective and reliably prevents any refunding of advertising fees.
**Bonus Points:**
- Experience with big data processing, machine learning model validation, or data mining.
- Familiarity with distributed systems and container-based deployments (e.g., Docker/Kubernetes) for testing and performance tuning.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., ISTQB) or proven experience in testing complex internet systems.
Overall Development Requirements:
- Front-End to Back-End Integration: All front-end features must have corresponding back-end operation buttons or management areas, ensuring seamless integration and easy management.
- Feature Duplication Quality: All duplicated features have a clear logic. Ensure all features are 100% functional and smooth without any bugs or delays.
- Feedback and Modification: Employers have the right to provide feedback on any features that do not meet the expected functionality or logic, and developers must modify them to achieve satisfactory results for the employer.
- Continuous Communication: To ensure satisfaction with design and development, continuous communication is required throughout both the design and development stages.
- Confirmation of Design and Development: Each page design and development must be confirmed before moving on to the next to ensure an efficient workflow and avoid conflicts.
- Refund for Incomplete Work: If there are any incomplete parts or if they do not meet the requirements, developers must refund the incomplete part unconditionally.
Ongoing Collaboration:
- Long-Term Development Team: We need a development team for long-term collaboration, including ongoing project development and technical maintenance.
- Long-Term Technician Role: After completing all development, the developer can serve as a long-term technician for us with fixed compensation.
