Need a Video Hosing and sharing script -- 2

Hi, I want to create a video hosting and sharing sites same like cloudy.ec. In this script all video format will support when user try upload videos (.flv, .mp4, .avi, .mpeg, .wmv, .mov, .mpg, .vob). And all video will convert to flv format. Also player will loading preview thumbnails of the video for embedding to other site. Project Requirement: 1. Need video script same like cloudy.ec. 2. Upload option will support (flv, .mp4, .avi, .mpeg, .wmv, .mov, .mpg, .vob) 3. All video will convert to .flv format 4. Player will loading preview thumbnails of the video when embedding to other site. 5. Site will running on nginx 5. Make sure that site loading fast. 6. After complete this project install this script in our dedicated server. 6. Need to complete this project on time.
