Poetry Workshop - Marketing & Campaign Management

We want a marketing consultant who can design and execute a marketing plan for getting participants for a 3 day (1 hour 30 minutes each day) Poetry Workshop by Imran Ali Namazi, a self-taught writer / poet living in Chennai, South India. Workshop to be conducted on 3 consecutive days - preferably Fri / Sat / Sun. The Project has to be executed in 2 phases Phase 1 - Planning ( $75 Fixed fee - with well-defined deliverables ) Phase 2 - Execution ( Upto 100$ - Commission based - based entirely on sign-ups ).
