Design WPF user control/View

Hey, I need someone to create a control (view / user control ) that would fit into our custom WPF app. On the attached screen you can see that our settings are done via sliders/textboxes. What we are after is view/user control fitting into our color scheme (black/red/white) which would make a printscreen of what is currently displayed on PC screen and show it as "TV" (as on attached image - but front of TV). From there when user would be using controls to modify properties the screen would actively show grayed out areas of screen affected by those changes/ and possibly oevrlapping of those areas. All math calculations we already have available.
