Alcoholic Inventory Database Management Specialist

We are seeking a skilled database management specialist to oversee our online database focused on alcoholic inventory management. The ideal candidate will have experience tracking and managing various client inventory data. Your role will ensure data accuracy, optimize database performance, and generate insightful reports. If you are detail-oriented and passionate about data management, we would love to hear from you! We also use Zoho One to manage the business. We need weekly tasks completed to help the field team be successful. You will work with the CEO daily and ensure the company is successful. This role is critical to the success and very impactful. This is a long-term role. There are three parts to this role: 1. Drink Recipe and Data Base Management 2. Report Curation for CEO 2. Special Projects from the CEO This is a long-term position for the right candidate. The chosen candidate will have to perform and produce for the team, which is crucial to the team's success. Ideal Skills: - Proficient in data entry - Excellent attention to detail - Experience with database management - Able to work independently and meet deadlines - Skilled in generating detailed and insightful reports - Strong analytical skills to interpret data effectively - Experience with Zoho One or similar business management software - Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot database issues - Efficient time management skills to meet daily deadlines - Expertise in Excel, including advanced functions and formulas - Highly detail-oriented to ensure data accuracy and completeness Daily tasks: (Monday Through Friday) 1. Proofing Report to the CEO is due daily by 11 am Central Standard Time in the United States. 2. Database Maintenance and cleaning Once A Week: 1. Special assignments from the CEO 2.. You may be asked to perform data analysis or other related tasks for reporting 3. Must be comfortable with Excel and analyzing data. TRAINING FOR THE JOB ASSIGNMENTS WILL OCCUR. CEO WILL ALSO TRAIN YOU TO DO THE JOB. WE HAVE A LEARNING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM WHERE YOU WILL TAKE COURSES TO UNDERSTAND HOW TO DO THE JOB AND HOW TO DO IT EFFICIENTLY! QUALITY OVER QUANTITY. Best Candidates have a bar or alcoholic beverage background. Bartenders, bar managers, etc., will quickly understand our business and what we are doing. Software training is provided, but you are encouraged to know the bar hospitality industry, as it will help you understand our mission and help the organization achieve its goals. This role comes with a monthly payout starting at $50. This is a recurring monthly project. About one hour a day of work or less. Monday through Friday. It varies day to day depending on the audit schedule but balances out. With experience and repetition, tasks can be completed in 20 minutes. Pay stays the same.
