Service Now API Developer About the Role A NASDAQ-listed international enterprise with a focus on both services and products for the Internet is looking for an API Developer. Job Responsibilities: ● Design, develop, and implement custom integrations using ServiceNow APIs ● Develop custom applications and workflows leveraging the ServiceNow platform. ● Develop and implement automated processes using ServiceNow's scripting languages (JavaScript, GlideScript, etc.). ● Optimize existing scripts and workflows to improve performance and reliability. ● Evaluate and train foundational LLM models for ServiceNow scripting languages and improve co-pilot performance. Job Requirements: Tech Skills ● Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working with ServiceNow, specifically with ServiceNow APIs. ● Proven experience in developing and implementing custom integrations and applications within the ServiceNow platform. ● Strong knowledge of JavaScript and GlideScript. ● ServiceNow certifications, such as the ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD), are a plus. Soft Skills ● Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. ● Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. ● Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile development environment. ● Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. ● Mandatory Skills: ○ Certifications: CAD, CIS (ITOM/HRSD/CSM). ○ Modules: ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and CMDB health. ○ Integration expertise: REST/SOAP APIs, Flow Designer, and advanced scripting, GlideScript. ○ Service Portal and UI/UX customization experience. ● Screening: ○ Ensure profiles match these criteria before submission. ○ Verify candidate availability to avoid reschedules. ● Profile Quality: ○ Prioritize candidates with senior roles or enterprise project experience.
