need a mechanical engineer for design work

I need to design a fibre holder (fibre diameter is 0.75mm). The fibres are in a set of 5 and 7 kept side by side.
These are to attach to a custom box.

box_plate_final.prt.1 is the custom box to which these fibres have to attach.
