You must be an Expert with years of experience in SDR Software Defined Radio sourcing and antenna design and construction and signal analysis and detection.

I need you to design the SDR system I need and Provide the list of inexpensive equipment, instructions to assemble the handheld unit, and I need you to build the software I need.

Please send me samples of your SDR projects that are close to what I need.

I want to be able to detect distance, strength, direction, interference, etc... including elevation, and to be able to 3D graphic map everything.

I would like to analyze 1Hz to 300GHz

I know this is a wide spectrum, can you design an all in one small handheld that is inexpensive and that can see all these frequencies?

The device needs to be handheld portable that is inexpensive and easy to assemble and get working.

You will provide and easy to assemble and use power source that is portable and will last at least 8 hours.

Record all data in realtime and monitor and analyze at any given time simultaneous frequency combinations.

You will teach me how to assemble the technology, install the program, use the technology, and get it working properly.

I will need to know how many SDR's would be needed to provide direction, locations, and depths.

Integrate signal into a 3D geo-position terrain map with camera overlay with GPS for precise geolocation.

I would like manual and automated calibration system for syncing multiple SDRs.

I need to be able to record all data and screen recordings.

The system needs to be able to operate in environments with significant RF noise.

The software should allow me to prioritize signal amplitude, frequency shifts, or phase changes, and other changes I will let you know about.

The system needs to include any user-defined alert systems for detected changes or anomalies and save my settings to notify me if the settings see those results.

The software must be able to see and use frequencies at .oo1 level.

I'm looking for a software-defined radio expert to assist in sourcing and creating signal detection and analysis software. The primary objective of this project revolves around the detection and analysis of various radio frequencies.

Key Requirements:

- Experience in signal detection and analysis

- Proficiency in creating 3D graphic software for software-defined radio

- Expertise in signal spectrum analysis

-You will teach me how to build the design and operate it. I prefer using good inexpensive equipment that needs minor work to make what I need.

The software will specifically need to perform signal spectrum analysis. If you have a background in radio frequency research and can develop a system that meets these requirements, I would love to hear from you.

You must sign my NDA before I can share any samples of exactly what I need made.

I will own the copyright to all the designs, images, graphics, files, programs, source code, coding, animations, text, lists, menu's, files, rendered files, AI access, native files, and source files.

You will send me all the full designs, source code, equipment resources, native files, and source files when completed.

I will release the full milestone when the work is fully completed, tested, and accepted by me.

I do not pay any milestones until the work is fully completed, device assembled properly, all files delivered, all designs, all code delivered, tested, and accepted by me.

You must provide all instructions to assemble, install and configure the designs to make sure it is bug free and works perfectly.

You must allow me sufficient time to test each feature as you have it built and ready for me to check.

I don't communicate on Sundays and I don't expect you to work on Sundays.
