I'm seeking an experienced SketchUp professional and registered draftsperson to assist with modifications to an existing file. This project will involve some minor to medium adjustments to utility rooms and the bathroom, as well as enhancements for the BAL rating. The plans come in a flipped version but the sketch up file doesn't so this will also need to be adjusted. Flexibility and speed along with expertise is more important than price. As this plan is going to be used to obtain a planing permit experience with BMO zoned sites will also be essential. Key Tasks: - Transform the shape and location of several utility rooms - Rearrange fixtures and modify the plumbing layout in the bathroom - Propose and implement changes to improve the BAL rating, potentially involving the removal of box guttering and the addition of sprinklers - Generate an updated Bill of Materials (BOM) after modifications This is the site I purchased the design from and I have the source files now [login to view URL] Ideal Skills and Experience: - Proficiency in SketchUp - Experience with architectural design and modifications - Understanding of BAL rating requirements and design adaptations - Ability to create an accurate and updated BOM post-modification Please provide examples of similar work in your proposal.
