A software is required, that can Monitor a large manufacturing plant and detect various issues related to safety of manpower and material; using video, RFID, Infrared etc., various inputs.

Various cameras, RFID, thermal sensors, and other inputs are to be installed to gather data, which needs to be analyzed in real time. Safety notifications should be sent to the appropriate authorities to prevent accidents and work delays, ensuring workplace safety and proper material flow inside a manufacturing plant. Additionally, the system should allow for the creation and modification of safety protocols on a daily basis. For example, alerts can be set for missing safety gear or tracking and reporting vehicle speeds and parking violations. The backend must support changing/creating/removing various rules and analyzing collected data for insights, such as suggesting efficient pathways and detecting inactivity. There should also be a digital twin for training purposes, which can be connected to an AR headset and adaptable to changes in the plant structure. The project requires using fixed cameras and a swarm drone system for scanning and vigilance. The system should be capable of learning from the collected data to suggest better practices and improve over time. Areas to be considered are ranging from small manufacturing rooms and under cut inaccessible areas in a plant, upto aerial views to calculate coal pile volumes, and large volume movements. Total plant size can be in acres.
