SYSTEM FOR SERVO MACHINE ASSISTED VIA BLUETOOTH
Components:
• The system consists of a machine driven by a 24 VDC - 5A motor (Bosch CEP F 006 WM0 310) with speed control system and rotation direction reversal.
• The machine will be controlled by an Arduino-type process controller (current: Wemos D1 - R32 board) with command via Bluetooth via cell phone (current: Serial Bluetooth Terminal application).
• Motor reversal will be performed by activating two limit switches (NO contact) which will send a signal to bridge H (current: IBT-2 board).
• The motor will be powered by a 110/220 VAC x 24 VDC source.
Operation:
• The engine, when started by the operator via cell phone, will rotate in one direction and will activate a spindle that will activate a limit switch (FC).
• When activating FC1 the motor will stop rotating during time T1 (1 to 10 seconds, selectable by the operator via cell phone) then it will reverse rotation until reaching FC2 and stop during time T1 and so on until the end of the cycle.
• The operation will be repeated up to cycle N (1 up to 500 times selectable by the operator via cell phone), when the machine stops operating it will emit an audible and light alarm (W1) and send a message via Bluetooth to the operator.
Schedule:
• The system will have a program installed in the process controller (board), being controlled via Bluetooth by a cell phone.
Controls:
• T1: operator-selectable stop time via mobile phone - 1 to 10 seconds.
• Speed: 10 to 100% of rated motor speed (see Bosch catalog below) via PWM, with gradual acceleration over 2 to 3 seconds.
Grades:
• At each activation of an FC, the motor must invert the direction of rotation after the time T1 has elapsed during the cycle (1 up to 500 times, selectable via cell phone by the operator).
• When contact between cell phone and process controller is established, an LED should turn on on the process controller.
• As the interface of the Serial Bluetooth Terminal app is not intuitive, I suggest the following interface:
Header for identification
On (green) / off (red) button
Cycles (N): numeric (1 to 500)
Time (T1): numeric (1 to 10)
Speed: sliding from 10 to 100% of rated motor speed
