Opis Konkursu

Key Requirements:
- Build a responsive Next.js application that reflects the design.
- Implement interactive elements as specified in the design.
- Use the CSS framework indicated in the design files.

Please refer to the attached design for details on the CSS framework, screen size adaptation, and specific animations or interactive elements. Your attention to detail and ability to deliver clean, efficient code will be crucial for the success of this project.
