Opis Konkursu

I'm looking for a concept design expert to help me convert my garage into a modern self-contained apartment and add another floor to my existing house. Garage dimensions are 6m x 6m

Key Requirements - Garage:
- Garage design should reflect a modern style
- The converted garage should feature an open concept living area and two bedrooms
- The exterior finish of the design will be brick
- 2 levels with internal staircase

2nd Floor Requirements
- This is a completely separate level with no connectivity to downstairs
- External staircase access
- No rendering needed of this design

The final deliverable should be a rendered picture of the final design (Garage only) Ideal candidates should have a strong background in architectural design, 3D rendering and a good understanding of modern design aesthetics. Previous experience with similar projects will be a plus.
