A highly reputed Australian insurance company required product training material in the form of multiple choice questionnaires to be produced. The source for the content was to be a series of professionally recorded videos of prominent speakers talking at a notable industry seminar. The client gave me an outline and several links to the videos. I created a set of six multiple choice questionnaires that students would have to answer after watching the videos. My questionnaires are being by the firm's trainers to check the students' comprehension of the video content, as well as their knowledge of the subject matter of insurance.

The client contracted me to write factual voice-over (VO) scrips on selected topics. Each topic is a story unto itself. The challenge was to fit the entire story within the length of a one minute video, or about 140 words. Each story had to have intrigue, logical progress, accurate information and a conclusion that would leave the viewer wanting more. I wrote VO scrips for more than 30 videos, all of which the client eventually produced into actual videos. Appletail is a personal health management app specially designed for Pregnancy and Baby care. They produce some of the highest quality original content on these topics, and stick to very high quality standards. All content is verified for originality and accuracy before being published. Despite my lack of personal experience with either pregnancy or childcare, the client employed me for my research and descriptive skills. In all I wrote more than 10,000 words divided into nearly 40 topics. All of this content can be accessed on the Appletail android app.

This assignment required overhauling the dated and inconsistent text content in every section of the website of a small luxury airline. The updated content had to be descriptive, doubtless with promotional tones, but without going overboard with marketing messages. I was also asked to remove duplicate content, reclassify the content into appropriate sections and add suitable section headings. The finished product pleased me, as well as the client. The content I created can be found online at http://princelyjets.com/services/. Much of this text is also being used for the airline's marketing materials, including brochures and promotional emails.

This was a descriptive assignment requiring accurate, verifiable and holistic descriptions of a long list of luxury beachfront hotels compiled by the client. Importantly, the client specified that the descriptions had to be non-promotional, and the use of superfluous words was to be avoided. Moreover, any shortcomings or adverse information had to be included, if verified. The descriptions also had to be completely original, and different from what had already been published about these properties on the web. I wrote several hundred hotel descriptions, each of which is ~400 words long. All can be found on the client's website http://www.true-beachfront.com.
