Key Features: Agency Portal: Agency Login: Agencies will have their own secure login to access a personalized dashboard. Job Management: Agencies will be able to post and manage job listings, including descriptions, requirements, application deadlines, etc. Application Management: Agencies can view, review, and manage incoming firefighter applications. Applicant Filtering: Tools for filtering applications based on specific criteria such as qualifications, certifications, experience, etc. Firefighter Portal: Firefighter Login: A secure login for firefighters to create and maintain their profiles. Profile & Certification Upload: Firefighters can upload their certifications, qualifications, and other required documents. Job Alerts & Notifications: Firefighters will receive notifications of new job postings and be able to track the status of their applications. Job Search: A comprehensive job search tool to filter job postings by location, agency, and position type. Ad Campaign & Monetization: Advertisement Integration: The website must include ad placement spaces where third-party ads can be displayed (e.g., Google AdSense or similar services) to generate revenue. Sponsored Job Listings: Agencies can pay for job listings to be featured at the top of the job board or highlighted as "sponsored" to increase visibility. SEO Optimization: The website must be fully optimized for search engines (SEO) to ensure high visibility in search engine results. Proper use of keywords, meta tags, alt tags, and optimized URLs.
