I'm seeking a professional to restore my home's exterior. Tasks include repairing, painting, and sealing damaged wood, as well as fixing cracked windows.

Key tasks:

- Repair/Paint/Seal any damaged wood on exterior walls

- Scrape/Paint/Seal any areas with peeling/cracked/or missing paint using a matte finish

- Repair cracked windows (primarily, cracks in the glass)

- Repair any gaps between exterior threshold and veneer

- Repair broken ceiling in garage

- Replace any missing insulation above living area

Ideal candidates should have:

- Proven experience in home repair and maintenance

- Skills in painting with attention to detail
