Bootstrap Website Template Customization

I need a skilled HTML, CSS and Javascript programmer to customze a Bootstrap website template. The project involves customization and functional adjustments and no design required. The only coding required is to send a mail in the Contact Form. The Zip file contains 36 Bootstrap templates files. But only maximum of 8 will be needed.
Design Changes:
- Remove not needed HTML elements from the website pages.
- Check and if necessary modify and correct 1 JavaScript function.
- Merge pages if necessary.
Functional Changes:
- Make sure the header and footer of all 8 pages are the same.
- Make sure that every website Menu option has only the necessary pages.
- No scrolling from one sub Menu page to another, the user clicks a Menu option and the page is displayed.
Ideal skills for this project include proficiency in Bootstrap, JavaScript, and HTML and CSS. Experience with customizing website templates makes it easier to deliver quality work on time.
