As I understand the contract requires removal of existing carpeting, The fitting of new carpeting in a 2 bedroom flat ( perhaps 3 or 4 rooms) and all waste / old carpeting disposed of responsibly. I have many years of experience for this undertaking and providing there are no hidden extras such as a flat on the top floor of a high rise block of flats 20 floors or above with a' lift' not working the project could be completed within 3 days-72 hrs- satisfaction guaranteed.
