Ideal Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional, either: 1. A former C-level executive (e.g., CEO, CMO, CRO) or director with extensive experience and relationships in the online publishing or digital media sectors. 2. A current executive interested in supplementary engagement, who possesses strong, direct connections with decision-makers in online media and digital advertising. Primary Responsibilities of Business Development Partners: - Create connections (“door opening”) with digital publishers, high-traffic online platforms, and media agencies. - (optional) Share insights and feedback to continually improve market strategies and drive growth. - The selected candidate will receive a very good recurring commission based on the extra revenues that will be generated. No fixed salary Requirements for Recruitment Providers: - Extensive experience in executive recruitment, ideally with a track record in digital media, advertising, or online publishing. - Access to a network of professionals at the required level or knowledge of how to reach these profiles. - Ability to conduct tailored searches across multiple countries, adapting to local markets and cultural nuances. Deliverables: - Profiles (ie real candidates) who meet the outlined requirements. - Regular updates on recruitment progress and adjustments as needed (especially if you are able to work this assignment on different countries Please provide your approach, timeline, and quotation, including any relevant past experience, for managing this recruitment project across multiple international markets.
