Beyond your required skills, I have project management skills, honed from my background in Architecture and Construction. I have a well-equipped office, an Intel i7-16GB RAM laptop, an Intel Xeon 16GB RAM desktop backup, fast and reliable internet(20mbps download), and a generator power backup to ensure full-time availability, throughout the year.
