Hello, I am a business administrator and speak English, Spanish and French. Since I was studying at the university I began to work in a 3 star hotel where I started cleaning rooms, after a year I was promoted to be a receptionist where my main responsibility was focused on customer service, give touristic information and selling the hotel’s services. I mention this so you can understand how committed and responsible I am, since working and studying need these values.
Then, I was promoted to be the manager’s assistant where I had to do some administrative tasks such as answering emails, scheduling appointments, supervising the receptionists work and managing the hotel’s social network. I lost this job because of the pandemic so I found a new one in a call center located in NC as a service and product sales agent, I worked there only for 6 months because I wanted to find something more focused on my career. That is where I began to work as an executive assistant in another hotel where my tasks were the same as in the previous hotel. I am qualified to be a virtual assistant because I have been doing administrative tasks for almost 4 years. When I was working at both hotels I learnt to use Cloudbeds, Smoobu and Host away which are CRM for the hospitality industry. Besides from 2019 to 2020 for five to six months I worked at the same hotel as a virtual assistant because my country had some political problems, in consequence we had to work virtually and after that the pandemic started so eventually I was a virtual assistant and got used to work with Google Suite, Microsoft and One drive. Besides, I was also in charge of managing the OTA’s of the hotel which are the online travel agencies like [login to view URL] , [login to view URL] or [login to view URL]. From 2021 to 2023 I worked in a US based company as an Account Manager where I was in charge of getting partners to work with, there I got familiar with platforms like Asana, Shopify and Zoho. I was promoted to be an Account manager where my responsibilities increased and had to deal with confidential information and keep contact with our stores nationwide. Now I am working part time with a doctor as his virtual assistant performing a variety of administrative tasks including marketing and specific projects. I use two computers to keep all my job organized and be as effective and efficient as I can. I work with a MacBook Pro 2016 with the latest Mac updates, intel core 5 and RAM 8 GB and a Mac mini that has 16GB ,3 Ghz intel core i5 and also with the latest updates.
