I’m Amr Ibrahim Eissa, an experienced VoIP and network engineer with a strong background in implementing and maintaining enterprise communication solutions. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with leading organizations like MSD, NTT Data, and Orange Business Services, where I honed my expertise in collaboration technologies, voice services, and Cisco Unified Communication solutions.
Currently, as an Infrastructure Engineer for Voice Services at MSD, I provide Tier 2/3 support, troubleshoot complex global voice incidents, and manage the lifecycle and technical deployments of voice products. Previously, at NTT Data, I was responsible for configuring, maintaining, and optimizing network devices and resolving critical network issues. My earlier roles, such as with Orange Business Services and IST Networks, further strengthened my proficiency in Cisco Unified Communication platforms like CUCM, UCCE, and UCCX, as well as voice gateway deployments and call recording systems.
What drives me is my passion for creating seamless communication environments that enhance business efficiency. I’m certified in CCNP Collaboration, CCNP Enterprise, and ITIL, among others, which complement my technical skills in IBwave, Python, and C++.
With my blend of technical expertise, certifications, and passion for innovation, I look forward to contributing to your organization’s success as a VoIP Engineer.
