Business Development Officer & Digital Marketer (Commission-Based Opportunity)

I’m seeking a Business Development Officer (BDO) cum Digital Marketer to help scale our services in: • Website Design & Development [Typical website design & development – Static / Dynamic Websites] • Remote IT Project & Program Management [Hiring IT PMs (hourly or fixed price) for handling and managing remote teams along with maintaining process & due diligence like Agile, Scrum, Kanban or SAFe] • Agile Digital Transformation What We’re Looking For: We need a partner with complementary skills, particularly in: • Business development • Digital marketing • Sales and lead conversion into tangible business opportunities Roles and Responsibilities: • Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities. • Manage the entire sales funnel, from prospecting to closing deals. • Consistently maintain a flow of leads and business closures on a monthly basis. • This is a commission-based opportunity with no fixed targets or salary. • The role has potential to evolve into a full-time position in the near future. Key Skills & Experience Required: • Proven expertise in digital marketing, sales, and lead generation with a strong track record of consistent results. • Proficiency in Client Relationship Management (CRM), including deal closures. • A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for driving growth and scaling businesses.
