Help with simple question about timestamps with Pandas

Hi, as you already realized in the project name. I am something like a script kiddy :) Normally i can google my questions but this one confuses me. I am sure it will take you only 5 minutes to figure it out. As you can see in the image i have a dataframe with timestamp as index. But i can't plot the graph because it won't accept the time format. How can i change it to be able to plot it? P.s.: The minimum amount is 10USD on freelancer. Would be nice if i get 3 more question for that price :)
