This will enable developers to assess the profitability of investments and make informed decisions about whether to pursue them further. Comparative Analysis Comparables will be generated to facilitate data collection from Rightmove and Airbnb APIs regarding properties near the target investment. Additionally, property developers can manually input comparable properties to gain deeper insights into the investment's potential. Data Presentation for Investors Investire will manage all data and present it in a marketable format for investors. An appropriate AI tool will be utilized for copywriting a script for a presentation video. Subsequently, a video will be created using AI platforms like Deep Brain or Synthesia, incorporating details about the property, such as its proximity to transport networks and local amenities. Investor Communication Once an investor selects a property, developers will gain access to the investor's contact information. Property Deal Investment Process Overview - Investor. Platform Registration Investors will have the opportunity to sign up for the platform. Deal Presentation A list of available deals will be displayed to investors, allowing them to view the anticipated income and prerequisite calculations provided by the property developer.
