I am in need of a tailored PHP-based CRM software for my Desh & ISP service. Currently, I’m managing customer bills manually and my customer database on Google Sheets, which has become a bit too complex for me. Key Features Needed: - A user-friendly dashboard displaying: - Total Users - Active Users - Due Users - Expired Users - Form for adding new users - Functionality to view and modify user data - Monthly and Annually revenue and collection reports with graphs - Daily expense tracking with categorized options - Integration with common payment gateways (e.g., PayPal, Stripe) for online payments. - Integrated ticketing system for handling customer support requests. - Automated email and SMS notifications for payment reminders, service renewals, and other alerts. - Automated billing system to generate invoices and receipts for users. - Functionality to export/import user data in common formats (CSV, Excel). - API access for integration with other tools and services. User Roles: The CRM should support Admin and User roles. Ideal Skills and Experience: - Strong proficiency in PHP - CRM software development experience - Ability to create visually appealing dashboards - Understanding of billing and accounting software - Familiarity with creating user roles within software Please note, that I can provide a copy of my current Google Sheet to help you understand how I maintain my data. This project will require a seamless blend of technical ability and creativity to develop a user-friendly, visually appealing dashboard. Please include integration with a payment gateway. The CRM does not require multi-language functionality. Please include automated notifications for payment reminders. HI, I have been working on symfony(PHP framework) for the last 7+ years, as per your requirement it is best to use this technology, it is fast and scalable. I fully understand your requirements, because I already work on this kind of project. You can manage more user roles if you wish other than admin and user (like technical support or technician). If you use symfony it can handle huge data loads and fast full feather API. Easily export data like your charts or session info of customers and sales reports. I didn't work with paypal but worked on razorpay, ccavenue e.t.c and alert also no problem. I will show you my sample project similar to your requirement.
