We are looking for a ATS webbased jobboard application with control panel (preferred app already made for other companies, similar feature can be used with little modification, mainly for USA IT staffing Company) * Any frontend can be used * backend preferred mysql * Front web page : can be used any design/template requirements : * Employee : register and submit their CV in portal with their expectations ie. full time/parttime, W2/C2C/1099, salary expectation, skills, years of experience etc.. * employee : search for new jobs and apply jobs from the portal * Companies : Can register their company which will create tables for individual company. All activity will be stored within their own tables. company Admin can create their own recruiters account and allocate number of CV views per recruiters and monitor recruiter activity log. admin will have full control on company account * company Recruiters - can search CVs/Resumes from their own company tables with wide range of search criteria. Also search from integrated job boards. Send bulk sms and emails and view contacts. Also recruiter can post jobs. Recruiter can see their own activity log report * integrate other job boards with the portal to individual companies like linkedin, [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL] etc...this will require technical support team intervention. This will help recruiters can search from their own company database and well as integrated job boards * Portal Owner will have full access and will have report like total companies registered. Number of CV view assigned, used and cv view balance. job boards integrated etc.. * Portal admin will have full rights similar like portal owner except few options like delete company profiles or mass destruction. Admin can search all CVs from whole database without duplicate CVs/phone Lower bidder will win the project, prices are flexible and can be paid additional for additional works. Needs long run support for future modifications and alterations.
