Configure appsheet for me

I want to make a google sheet as my data I want to use appsheet as a application to input data from mobile. At this moment, my data table was only 9 sheet to record. and probably i will expend later I dont know it is better use one sheet, to record all data from the first to end. or better use another sheet to record each process. or perhaps use another workbook. i Want the app, can follow rules step by step. "Work Order" number will be the key When the "Work order" complete, it will automaticly hide / filter from app [login to view URL]
