We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Generation and List Building Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in sourcing, qualifying, and organizing leads across various industries. Your role will be crucial in helping us expand our outreach and drive new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough research to identify potential leads based on target market criteria. Build and maintain high-quality, accurate lead lists using various online tools and platforms (LinkedIn, industry-specific websites, databases, etc.). Qualify leads based on specific criteria such as company size, industry, decision-makers, and other relevant factors. Organize and update lead databases, ensuring the information is current and actionable. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure the leads align with overall strategies. Use various outreach methods (email, phone, social media) to initiate contact with leads as necessary. Continuously analyze and optimize lead generation processes to improve efficiency and results. Track and report on lead generation activities and key performance metrics. Requirements: Proven experience in lead generation, list building, or similar roles. Strong knowledge of lead generation tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, [login to view URL], ZoomInfo, etc.). Excellent research and data entry skills, with attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive). Strong communication and organizational skills. Knowledge of outreach best practices and experience in cold emailing is a plus.
