This interactive minigame educates visitors on safe practices for administering high-alert medications. The game will involve a series of cases in which players must choose the correct dose, administration route, and timing for high-alert medications, receiving immediate feedback for any errors.
Gameplay
User Interface and Setup:
Home Screen: Title, brief instructions, and a “Start Game” button.
Scenarios Interface: Each round presents a scenario where a patient requires a high-alert medication, with details on the patient's age, weight, and relevant medical history.
Options for Each Case: Users select the dose, route, and timing from multiple options.
Scoring System:
Points Awarded for Correct Actions: Correctly selecting the dose, route, and timing earns points.
Feedback on Errors: When a player makes an error, a message explains the potential consequence (e.g., “Incorrect Dose: This could lead to hypoglycemia and requires monitoring”), with options to retry the question.

End-of-Game Summary:
A results screen displays the total score, points earned in each round, and educational feedback on all mistakes made, reinforcing correct practices.
