I am very interested in this project. I worked as a marketing analyst for almost 5 years in a large American company. I did this analysis a few times. I assume you have sales data, but do you also have the cost (CAC, fixed cost, variable cost)? If you do not have it, you can still get a lifetime average income/revenue. I will use cohort analysis for this task.
