Telegram Moderator for Memecoin Launch

Job Description We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Telegram chat moderator to help us with the launch of our new memecoin. This is a crucial role that will involve managing our Telegram community and ensuring a positive and engaging environment for all members. Responsibilities: Welcome new members and answer their questions. Moderate the chat 24/7 to ensure a safe and welcoming environment. Enforce community guidelines and rules. Remove spam, FUD, and inappropriate content. Manage conflicts and disputes between community members. Answer questions related to the memecoin and its launch. Keep the community engaged and active by initiating conversations and organizing activities. Provide support and assistance to community members. Work closely with the project team to ensure smooth communication and community management. Requirements: Previous experience moderating Telegram groups, preferably in the cryptocurrency or memecoin space. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong understanding of memecoin culture and community dynamics. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to handle stressful situations and resolve conflicts effectively. Active and engaged Telegram user. Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings. Experience in shiling and raids. Proven experience in managing Telegram groups for crypto projects.
